Grace and Lace is a small family business that got famous thanks to the Shark Tank show. It is a good example of entrepreneurship seen as expression of one's passion and used to create value. Melissa and Rick Hinnant bootstrapped their business and - after creating value for their customers - they found the money to grow their activity.
